Fit 4 Prevention is nothing without you. When you participate in a donation-based class, you are taking a step (or a lunge or a box jump) towards disease prevention through fitness. Your donations are used for Keep A Breast’s education outreach and empowerment efforts. Ask your studio or gym if they’re hosting or search out a class near you!
